Business Owners Policy (BOP)
This package includes liability, building, business contents, crime, computer, business interruption plus broad packages of special coverages
Garage Keepers Legal Liability (GKLL)
Coverage for auto shops includes GKLL for the vehicles you have at your shop that are damaged while in your care; vehicles you are working on or test driving
Covers products, materials and equipment when transported over land—e.g., via truck or train—or while temporarily warehoused by a third party. Collisions and cargo theft are the two most frequent causes of inland marine losses.
Business Auto and Truck
Is the most commonly used contract for providing business auto liability insurance. Although the form refers only to “autos,” autos are defined to include cars, trucks, trailers, vans or other vehicles designed for use on public roads.
Covers medical and disability coverage for on-the-job injuries of your employees
Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)
Protection for sexual harassment, complaints of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, complaints of harassment and discrimination
Coverage can include medical, dental, life. and disability
Adds additional layer of liability coverage over your underlying policies of general liability, workers compensation and auto for the large claim; coverage starts a $1,000,000 limits and can be increased to higher limits
Coverage for incidents that involve electronic hacking or online activities, covering private data and communications in many different formats – paper, digital or otherwise
